LHH Recruitment in partnership with a non profit in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Temp to Hire Contracts Coordinator. This role is full time and it is fully on site in Jacksonville, FL.
Responsibilities
- Reviews and processes all of the organizations agreements / contracts
- Assists with preparing Pre-Award Checklists for the Final Award Phase
- Assists with market research, data analysis and data reporting as needed
- Assists with vendors List, the purchase order system, and tracking invoice payments for compliance with contract requirements
- Assists with administrative support when needed
Requirements
3 years of Contract Management or Contract Administrator experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent collaborator
